Mindfulness is an essential foundation of our practice. However, there are important stages beyond it. If we use the analogy of an automobile, mindfulness is the frame, Mahayana is the actual car, Buddhayana is the roof of the car, and Vajrayana is the car in motion. So mindfulness is a great beginning to our practice; it is not where it ends.
In this retreat we will explore all four of these vehicles, and you will have the opportunity to focus very closely with Roshi on the application of your insights and experiences to your own areas of concern, as well as sharing questions, insights and experiences with other participants.
Attendance limited to 12.
