Miles Kessler Sensei
ECCU, 75 South 200 East, SLC
Join Diane Musho Hamilton, Zen Teacher, author, and award-winning mediator and facilitator, and Miles Kessler, dual-lineage holder in both the Iwama tradition of Aikido and the Burmese Mahasi tradition of Meditation for a live practice intensive in Salt Lake City, Utah.
During the five-day immersion, you will awaken and refine your in-the-moment conflict resolution skills to bring more vitality and energy to your relationships – at work, at home, and in your communities.
This intensive brings together two powerful teachers of dharma who will guide you in:
- Expressing effective, fearless authenticity in your communications.
- Exploring the polarities of active and receptive principles; masculine and feminine forms and expression.
- Aikido practices: Embodying clarified, confident, and fiercely loving presence.
- Experiencing how working with difference, dissent, and discomfort is a sure and swift path to true intimacy.
- Appreciating conflict as a gateway that invites more care and more compassion into your life and spiritual practice.
REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 4, 2019
$549 Early Registration until March 31, 2019
Please be certain that your intention and commitment to attend is clear when you register for any Two Arrows Zen program or retreat. Space is limited in all our programs and we need enough lead time to fill an open space if you cancel your registration.
POLICY Program fees are refundable until March 31, 2018, less a $75 administrative fee. After that date, there are no refunds for any reason unless your space fills from a waitlist.
